I was invited to a birthday party and there was was alot of people there.
Everyone was related except me. There were four generations...it was loud and lovely. I loved it. I wanted to stay forever. I wanted to be adopted.
I wish I had a time machine to be transported back to the '50s when my mom was little. She was one of 7 kids in a big, beautiful, musical family. They had singsongs around the piano. They wore the paper hats out of the Christmas crackers. They were loud and lovely.
Speaking of lovely....here's grandfather and granddaughter, sharing a hug and kiss.
is a turkey dinner. I don't know why. But I love it. I love the whole process. And I think that it reminds me of my Grandma Clark. I remember standing beside her while she made the gravy. I try to get it just like she did. I think I'm close. All I know is that it takes all day to prepare and 6.5 minutes to eat......
